Stuff

We got Layne a Christmas outfit and thought it'd be a good day to try it on. She didn't want to sit still and take too many pictures, but we got a few. We also opened the nativity set that Grandma and Grandpa C. got Layne.

Movin' and chillin'

I posted a video of Layne beginning to crawl a couple of weeks ago, but here is a more updated one of her on the move.

Tonight Layne relaxed with me on the couch for at least an hour. She just laid there and talked and giggled and we had a good time. She is such a sweet baby and although she knows how to crawl (and loves to do it) she will still let you cuddle her and Jason and I LOVE it.

Almost 9 months...

A whole new chapter.

The Carter house is a whole new place now that we have a crawling baby. She wants to go everywhere and get into everything. She loves to take everything off of her shelves in her room. She has also started pulling up on anything she can get to. It is a whole new ball game now, but it's pretty fun to see her grow and learn new things.

Crawling

Here is a little clip of Layne crawling for her pacifier. She has been going backwards for a few weeks now, but this is the first we've seen her go forwards. Sorry it is a little dark, but still cute.

Halloween

Layne has experienced her first Halloween. She did a pretty good job and didn't seem to mind the costume. Her Great Aunt Sarah got her a Mickey Mouse phone that she wouldn't put down and Poppy made her a Mickey Mouse pumpkin to complete the day. Here are some pics...
