Fall is here!

Fall is finally here! This is my favorite time for sure. This morning we decided to take Layne to a local pumpkin patch. She loved running around everywhere and playing with everything. Here are some pictures from our trip.

In other news, Layne had her 18 month check up last week and she is still just a little tiny girl. Still at 20lbs and she's only in the 5% for her weight. What a peanut!

She only lasted in the wagon for a few minutes, then it was time to run.

I, of course, had to get on the bike first thing. :)

I think I enjoyed it more than her.

Daddy's turn.

Teeter totter.

Laying down as we go through the corn maze.

She loved it!

Looking like she wants Daddy to tell her "ok" about something.

Silly girl!

Playing with Dad.

She loves being on shoulders.

What a face.

On the hayride.

Playing in the sand.

Couldn't leave without an orange shake up and elephant ear!

Picking out her baby pumpkin.

She was out 20 seconds after we left.

Saturday morning doughnuts from Mary Lou's...nothing better.

New place to hide.

Crazy kid.

I know, it's been a LONG time....

I know it has been forever, but going back to school and keeping up with the blog just haven't been working! :) Here are some new videos of her talking, singing, and just being Layne at almost 19 months. Yes she is drooling tons, but she has a sore in her mouth and it's just easier to put no shirt on her. Enjoy!

Maddox comes to visit

Our friends Heather and Joe went away for the weekend and asked us to watch their son, Maddox. He is 2 weeks older than Layne. He was a very good and sweet little boy. He and Layne "played" well together for the most part...she pretty much wanted everything he had and he pretty much let her take it. Here are some pics from the weekend.

Morning wagon ride. Layne looks a little freaked out and has some sweet bed head.

I love this picture of them looking out the window.

Happy boy!

Crazy girl!!

Fighting over the lawnmower.

I put this picture in too early, but this was them on the way home from the zoo.

Loving the water.

I love his swimsuit.

Splash splash!

She doesn't just her her feet wet...she goes for the whole body.

Maddox and the otter.

Crawling under the otter tank.

Hugs!

Jason playing peek-a-boo using Harley. The kids loved it!

Lots of new ones....

It has been a few weeks, so I have several pics to put up here....

Just helping Granny Cat water the flowers.....

Good thing she has shoes on.

She loved the rocks...and would have loved throwing them in the pool, but I don't think Poppy would like that.

Can you tell a girl lives here?

In the apron from Grandma and Grandpa G.

Looks like she's had a hard workout.

Excited to be fresh and clean.

"What are you looking at?"

Extreme close up!

And this was right before she peed on the floor then slipped and fell in it. I knew I should not wait to put a diaper on...

Friends.

Wake up!

I don't know, but it's funny.

Talking and smiling

I was trying to record Layne saying different things again, but she only would do it if she could see herself being recorded. I wanted to get her saying "de nada" because it is so cute. After seeing herself say it she must have thought she was funny too...

Playing a little bit of "can you say"...

Layne is quite the little talker. Here is a little bit of us playing the daily "can you say..."

Throwing a fit!

We have officially learned how to throw a fit. Stupid us thought we had several more months before this set in, but we were wrong. I believe this fit is because she wanted a cookie and I said no. Some of it is dark, but you get the idea.
